Q: What is the main difference between the regular and VO Rated Sheaths?

A: VO Rated Sheaths have a higher flammability rating and a wider functional operating temperature range.

Q: What size weapons can the MPWH secure when the Medium Sheaths are installed?

A: Medium Sheaths are designed to secure barrels .750”and smaller.

Q: How do I remove or replace a sheath?

A: To remove: slide the Sheath off of the Rails in a direction away from the Locking Tab. To replace: line the Tracks in the Sheath up with the Rails on the MPWH and slide the Sheath onto the Rails from the end opposite the Locking Tabs. Make sure to slide the Sheath all the way onto the Rails until the Wedges on the Locking Tabs engage with the Sheath.

Tip: Always use the Strapping System when a weapon is engaged in the MPWH.  The Strap will add at least 80 pounds of additional holding strength to you system
