Shipping, Returns & Damaged Shipments
When your order ships, we will send you an email confirming the shipment has left our facility. The email will also contain a tracking number, allowing you to follow the status of your order.
Unfortunately, from time to time, damage can occur during the shipping process. Please know that we are committed to making sure your order is completed to your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged please carefully follow the steps outlined below:
Failure to follow these instructions can invalidate your ability to receive a refund or replacement.
If after tracking your package it shows as delivered but wasn’t, please contact us immediately at email@example.com We will confirm receipt of your notification and contact the carrier to track and hopefully deliver your merchandise. This may take a few business days. If we are unable to locate your package, we will notify you and give you the option of having your order reshipped or canceling it. Canceled orders will be refunded upon verification from the carrier the shipment was not delivered. No Phone Call Required
